Dear Client, dear Business-Partner,
After about 20 years of being a self-employed freelance-consultant I have decided to change sides!
I will end my own business by the end of this year 31.12.2025, becoming an employee of Cosmo Consult SE on 01.01.2026.
There I will lead a team focused on
NAV/BC/SQL Performance optimization & troubleshooting.
Why am I ceasing my well running, established business?
Well, I know that I’m the undisputed champion in terms of NAV/BC/SQL Performance optimization (yeah, sounds pretty arrogant, but we all know that’s merely a fact 😉).
What I am currently doing I’m doing better than anyone else – but I see I’m getting “stalled” …
As a “one-man-army” it is very difficult for me to explore the upcoming challenges regarding SaaS/Cloud-Installations in all required depths.
The methods & tools I developed over the past decades are rock-solid and approved thousands of times, but modernization is necessary.
Research & development is time-consuming; time – and resources - I don’t have as freelancer.
Also, I’m not getting younger and I think it’s time to pass on all my knowledge and experience to a next generation of troubleshooters.
With Cosmo …
Or in other words: New Day, Same Sh*t – but way more Se*y!
I am really thrilled and enthusiastic about these upcoming new tasks 😊
Attention!
Our services will be available for EVERYONE who wants them! I repeat: for EVERYONE! Regardless if you are a NAV/BC customer (not necessarily a Cosmo customer!) or Dynamics Partner or whoever; wherever you are.
So I’m not away – if you wish to benefit from our (formerly “my”) troubleshooting services, I AM STILL AVAILABLE FOR YOU – just the way of booking will change.
In Q1/2026 I will be available (partly) for my existing clients “to tie up any lose ends” if there are, helping you to close projects we have already started.
I am aware that this comes as a surprise or even shock for some of you, but this is a step I need to do.
What does this mean for you?
So I hope to see you “on the other side”, continuing (or starting) our successful cooperation to tackle NAV/BC/SQL performance issues!
Well, I can understand that maybe some of you don’t want to move on the “new way” and that “losing me” as a project partner may raise some inconveniences for you, which I would deeply regret.
So to all my clients who may say farewell to me now:
THANK YOU very much for your trust in me and my services, for all the great and successful sessions we had, all the ups and downs we have overcome in the past decades, all the projects we have started and finished together and – in some cases – thank you for your friendship.
Best regards,
Jörg Stryk
